Celebrate Italian Cultural Heritage Month this June with the Colombo Lodge, the Canadian Italian Ladies Society, and the Kamloops Film Society! We’re proud to present Giuseppe Tornatore’s award-winning masterpiece, Cinema Paradiso (1988), at Paramount Theatre.
This heartwarming coming-of-age story, set in post-WWII Sicily, explores the magic of cinema, friendship, and time – values central to preserving Italian heritage. Join us to foster cultural understanding, celebrate Italian-Canadian contributions, and experience the beauty of Italian cinema.
Join us in the theatre lobby from 3:30-4:30pm for a post-film reception hosted by the Colombo Lodge and Canadia Italian Ladies.
